Press Release :-

10th December, 2014
Human Rights Day presents an opportunity, every year, to celebrate human rights, highlight specific issues, and advocate for the full enjoyment of all human rights by everyone, everywhere.
The Uttarakhand Human Rights Commission observed the Human Rights Day under the direction of the Hon’ble Chairperson Justice Sh. Vijender Jain by organizing a programme in the office in Dehradun on the 10th December, 2014. This event was addressed by Hon’ble members Justice Sh. Rajesh Tandon and Dr. Hemlata Dhaundiyal.
The event was highlighted with a recitation of the ‘Human Rights 365’ Slogan adopted by the National Human Rights Commission. The pledge was taken by all the staff members of the Commission.
